Users will be able to report an Injury Illness via the MobilePro App.
Step-by-step Instructions:
Reporting an Injury Illness Incident:
- After logging into the app, tap on Incident Management.
- Tap on the
sign to add a new incident record from the Incident Management List Screen.
- Type in the Incident Title.
- Tap on Injury/Illness for the Incident Type.
- Tap on the
to continue to the Incident Details screen. 
- Complete the Incident Details screen.
- Tap on the +Add link to add an employee.
- Complete the Employee/Individual(s) Involved section.
- Complete the Injury/Illness Summary section.
- Tap on the
to Save. 
- Tap on the to Save the Incident Details form.
