Accessing Incident Management on MobilePro

Users can access the Incident Management module on MobilePro to capture new incidents or to manage existing incidents.

Step-by-step Instructions:

Accessing Incident Management:

  1. Log in to MobilePro App



  2. Tap on Incident Management.

          



v20.3

In v20.3 department hierarchy in the drop down in Mobile Pro was introduced.

  • Displays hierarchy below department name in details screen as well as in filters screeen

v21.2

User will be able to navigate to the action item source screen from the action item summary

  • Provide navigation option for the source detail available in mobile
  • Users can click on the source card in the action item summary screen and navigate to the source screen. (Source navigation is available only for the modules having source detail in mobile)
