PMP-76288 As an end-user I want a view to see audit records by subtype value in one list

Existing System: 

• Currently, Manage Audit screen does not list audit records by individual subtype value
• Users cannot see list of records by each subtype value and cannot see their individual audit status/questionnaire completion percentage

• Make individual subtype audit instances searchable by Program status, questionnaire status 

Enhanced System:

• Has Will have a new list screen called "Manage Sub Type Subtype Audits"
• It has Will have the same columns as the Manage Audit list screen except for Location Program Start and End Date and these columns do not apply to sub type subtype audits
• This list The List screen will have all functionalities similar to as the existing Manage Audit screen except for the Copy feature
• The Delete Button button will remove the selected subtype value from Program Details as if the user is removing the value manually from Program Details
• Below are the system views. All views will have the same columns.:
  1. All Audits - Current and Previous Months (Default)
  2. All Audits
  3. My Audits
  4. Asset Audits - Current & Previous Year
  5. Department Audits - Current & Previous Year
  6. Employee Audits - Current & Previous Year

Purpose: 

• Support multilingual capabilities in application reports

Enhanced System:

• The Audit scorecard Scorecard report available in the Audit Results tab supports will support multilingual
• The Audit detail Detail Report is completely multilingual including the first page
• Report The report generated from the Reports tab supports multilingual
