Steps to Access System Using a Login

To access the program using a login screen perform the following steps:
- Enter your Login Name
- Enter your Password
- Click the Login button

If you have forgotten your login name or password, click the Lost your login name or password? bluelink under Support. You either the Forgot Your Login Name? or Forgot Your Password?. This will send an email prompting to either retrieve your Login Name or reset your Password. |
Password/Login Reset
To either reset your password or to view your login name, you can click the respective links in the login page.
- Once either linked is clicked, you will receive an email in your company email and be prompted to click either the desktop or mobile link.
- After clicking the proper link, you will be prompted to enter your

- Email ID. This is the email associated with your User account.
- Finally, you will be prompted to make your new password. The rules for passwords are posted below. As for the login name, you will be redirected to the login page with your Username filled out.

The following is an example notification email containing the requested login details. The system will require you to change your password as soon as you login using the temporary password listed in the system generated email.
