Specific Instructions - Adding a new Body Part:
- Click on the "Setup" Icon Icon.
- Click on the "Module Setup" Menu Menu Item.
- Click on the "Incident Management" Menu Menu Item.
- Click on "Body parts" In " In Injury / Illness Lookup Values" section.
- Click on the "Add" button button to add a new record to the Body Parts List.
- Complete the fields.
Click on the "Save" button Save button.
Tip title Display Options Selecting "Yes" for the Right and/or Left will display the checkbox(es) for right or left for the body part being created
