Creating Body Parts for Injury Illness Incidents

Administrators will be able to Add, Delete or Modify an existing Body Part record.

Step-by-step Instructions:

Specific Instructions - Adding a new Body Part:

  1. Click on the Setup Icon.
  2. Click on the Module Setup Menu Item.
  3. Click on the Incident Management Menu Item.





  4. Click on Body parts In Injury / Illness Lookup Values" section.





  5. Click on the Add button to add a new record to the Body Parts List.




  6. Complete the fields.
  7. Click on the Save button.




    Display Options

    Selecting "Yes" for the Right and/or Left will display the checkbox(es) for right or left for the body part being created
