** Once an employee is no longer with the company, you will need to manually change the employee status from active to inactive.  Employee status does not automatically change from active to inactive unless there is an HRMS feed in place that has logic to make that change.  If you are not sure if this is the case, please reach out to your CSM to go over your HRMS specification document.
