The Perform Audits section contains the following components:

Select the Location location in the Navigator for which the Audit audit is to be performed.

Click on the Modules icon.
Click on the Audit Audit Management menu item.
Click on the Manage Manage Audits menu item.

From the Audit List View screen, click on the Name of Audit Program link.

Click on the Perform Audit tab to access the sub-parts.
Click on the Questionnaire tab to answer the questions. Refer to Questionnaire Icon Business Rules

Answer the questions by clicking on the Select drop down menu. Refer to Preferred vs. Non-Preferred Responses
Click on the Save button.

title	Preferred vs. Non-Preferred Responses

Answers can be classified as either a preferred or non-preferred response.
When a non-preferred answer is selected the system will prompt the user to create a finding.
- The color of the finding icon will turn to red if a non-preferred response is being entered.

If all questions are not answered either with a preferred or a non-preferred response then the red colored exclamation sign signifying “Incomplete” Incomplete will be displayed.

If all the questions are answered either with a preferred or a non-preferred response then the incomplete sign will turn to complete Complete sign .
Once all the questions of the questionnaire is answered the Performed Audit tab color changes to green.
