New and Improved Features

Capture corrective action while reporting a Near Miss – PMP-24111

The application has been enhanced to allow users to capture action item completed at the time of reporting a new near miss incident.  

Near Miss Corrective Action Information

  • After saving the Near Miss incident, the corrective action item will be hidden from the General Details
  • The Corrective Action will appear in the Incident Dashboard with the status set to Closed


 Investigation section for Environmental Conditions and Act based on ERCA question and severity – PMP-24111

The application has been enhanced to include a Hazard Classification field for the following Environmental Incident Types:

  • Environmental acts
  • Environmental conditions

The investigation section will be configurable for environmental acts and environmental conditions based on the ECRA Required and Severity fields. The following are the configuration settings available for Severity and ECRA:


Changing the Investigation Configurations

Contact your ProcessMAP support team for changing the custom settings for Severity and ECRA.

Configuring when Episode report section will be enabled – PMP-31308

The application has been enhanced to control when the episode report section will be displayed in the Investigation section for environmental incidents. This will be based on the mandatory question, "Is an Emergency Response Critique (Episode Report) required? *", which is located under the Investigation Questions.

 

  • If yes is selected, the Episode report section will be displayed under Investigate in the Incident Detail Summary

  • If no is selected, the Episode report section will not be displayed under Investigate in the Incident Detail Summary


Pre-requisite for accessing the Episode Report

  • Previous sections must be completed 
  • Users must complete 1 Long Term Countermeasure in order to access the Episode Report
