Create an Action item for a Hazard

Step-by-step guide

1. Click on the Modules icon.
2. Click on the Risk Assessment menu item.
3. Click on the Manage menu item.
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the Risk Assessment Title hyperlink.
   
   
   
   
5. Click on the Tasks/Hazards menu item.
6. Click on the "+" symbol in the Action item column of the respective Hazard.
   
   
   
   
7. Complete all the fields and Click on the Save button.
