Locking Audit

The steps will demonstrate how to lock the questionnaires and a audit program.

Step-by-step Instructions:

1.Click on Modules
2.Click on Audits Management
3.Click on Create New 

5. Enter the Audit Program Name.
6. Click on Protocol Driven as "Yes".

7.Select the Protocol and Protocol Type.
8. Click on Yes radio button for the question "Lock Questionnaire Response based on Program Status "Lock Questionnaire"?"
9. Click on Yes radio button for the question "Lock entire Audit Program based on Program Status "Audit Closed"?"
10. Once all the mandatory details complete, click on Perform Audit to proceed to next action.

11. Enter all the response to the questions and click on save.
12. Once the responses are saved, the program status field will be enabled.
13. Click Lock Questionnaires to lock the Questionnaire section.


14. Click on "Ok" to proceed with locking the Question response section.



Steps to Lock a closed Audit Program.

15. Enter all the Audit Program details.
16. Once all the section completes, navigate to Synopsis.
17. Enter the Audit Synopsis and click on Save.
18. Once save, click on Program Staus: "Audit Closed" 

19. Now the Questionnaire and Perform Audit will be displayed with Lock icon.
