Existing Audits can be accessed from the Manage Audits screen by clicking on the Manage Audits menu item.The Audit List View screen shows a list of all audit records created at the selected location or level.
Within the Audit List screen, the user will have the following system views:
System View Name | Description |
---|---|
All Audits | This view displays all the audits that has been configured for that location. |
All Audits-Current and Previous Year | This view displays all the audits that has been configured for the current and the previous year for that location. This is the default view. |
All Audits-Current Month | This view displays all the audits that have been configured for the current month for that location. |
All Audits-Current Year | This view displays all the audits that have been configured for the current year. |

Click on the Modules Icon.
- Click on the Audit Management menu item.
- Click on the Manage Audits menu item.
