Managing Audit Records

Existing Audits can be accessed from the Manage Audits screen by clicking on the Manage Audits menu item.The Audit List View screen shows a list of all audit records created at the selected location or level.  

Within the Audit List screen, the user will have the following system views: 


System View NameDescription
All AuditsThis view displays all the audits that has been configured for that location.
Current and Previous Year AuditsThis view displays all the audits that has been configured for the current and the previous year for that location. This is the default view.
Current Month AuditsThis view displays all the audits that have been configured for the current month for that location.
Current Year AuditsThis view displays all the audits that have been configured for the current year.

The following are the columns that displays on the Audit List screen by default: 

  • Name of Audit Program

  • Audit Type

  • Program Start Date

  • Program End Date

  • Recurrence Pattern

  • Location Name

  • Departmental Audit

  • Department Name

  • Protocol Name

  • View Report

  • View Protocol

  • Program Status

  • Audit Program Type

  • Lead Auditors

  • Actions

Step-by-step Instruction: 

Accessing an existing audit: 

  1. Click on the Modules Icon.

  2. Click on the Audit Management menu item.
  3. Click on the Manage Audits menu item.



  4. Click on the Name of the Audit ID.

20.2v Update

In the 20.2v upgrade, Audit ID has been introduced to uniquely identify the audits.

1. Audit ID would be generated for every Audit by Location
2.The format of the Audit ID would be - Country Code - Location Code - Audit Create Year (YY) - Audit Type (C or S) - sequence by Location and Year.
