- User have to visit application to launch training rather than directly launching the training course on recieving the notification

- Launch course from session creation notification
- To launch course user need to click on course name hypelink . Upon clicking will launch the course in new window
- Applicable for both recurring and non recurring session

- In 20.3 the recurring session design flaws for web were adressed
- Reports and BI changes were not adressed ,hence outcome and score field showed null value
Purpose :
- Incorrect data display
Enhanced System :
- Multiple rows for each recurring session with correct score and outcome would appear
- Impact : Training Outcome Report ,Due and Upcoming Training Report , BI would now also show multiple recurring session records

Existing System:
- Course Duration can be max increased to 99 hrs
- System doesnt allow to edit the training end date beyond 24 hours
Purpose:
- User unable to enter correct end date of the training
Enhanced System:
- System to allow user to enter the end date manually
- By default training end date would be mandatory and be blank
- Incase training end date is less than start date then system would show validation message and would not allow to change
- Not applicable for recurring session as for reccurrence session we already have an existing Training End by
