Purpose:

User has to visit the application to launch training, rather than directly launching the training course upon receiving the notification

Launch course from Session Creation notification
To launch the course, the user needs to click on the course name hyperlink. Upon clicking will launch the course in a new window
Applicable for both recurring and non-recurring session

PMP 75855/PMP-75856 : Address Recurrence Session design flaws in Reports & BI

Existing System:

In 20.3 the recurring session design flaws for the web were addressed
Reports and BI changes were not addressed, hence outcome and score field showed a null value

Purpose:

Incorrect data display

Enhanced System:

Multiple rows for each recurring session with the correct score and outcome would appear
Impact: Training Outcome Report, Due and Upcoming Training Report, BI would now also show multiple recurring session records

PMP-42188 Ability to select training start and end dates on multiple dates

Existing System:

Course Duration can max increase to 99 hours
The system doesn't allow the user to edit the training end date beyond 24 hours

Purpose:

The user is unable to enter the correct end date of the training

Enhanced System:

The system will allow the user to enter the end date manually
By default, the training end date would be mandatory and be blank
In case the training end date is before the start date then the system would show a validation message and would not allow changing
Not applicable for a recurring session because for a recurring session, we already have an existing Training End by date
