Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on the Module icon.
  2. Click on the Wellness Check menu item.

    Wellness Check Menu Options



    Users can select from the following menu items for the Wellness Check Module.

    Report New Wellness Check 

    Allows users to Report New Wellness Check.

    Manage Wellness CheckList screen showing all of the Wellness Check created for the location or level selected in the navigator.
    Manage Action ItemsList screen shows all of the action items created for the location or level selected in the navigator.
