Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on the Setup Icon.
  2. Click on the Module Setup Menu Item.
  3. Click on the Document Management Menu Item.


4. Select Document Folders menu item in Setup.



5. Click on the Add button.


6. Select the Folder type as Private from the Folder View dropdown. 

7. After selecting the folder type, complete the mandatory details and click on the Save Button.


Note: Private will allow the administrator to assign individual system users to the Folder.  Only the selected individuals will be able to view the folder.
