This document gives a brief overview of the Metrics component within the Incident Management. The Metrics component gives the count of the number of incidents of all types based on different criteria. It is a snapshot of the total number of incidents occurred and there various types as well as personnel count, hours worked and number of Near misses, reportable incidents on a monthly basis.

  • Injury/Illness and vehicle related Metrics will be available. 


The following 5 tabs are available within the Report Metrics screen:

  • Report Metrics
  • Injury/Illness Incident Metrics
  • Injury/Illness Incident – Country Metrics
  • Vehicle Incident Metrics Summary
  • General Liability Incident Metrics Summary

Step-by-step instructions: 

Accessing the Metrics menu item 

(info) The Metrics screen will summarize the data captured in the Incident module for the selected location or level. 

1. Select the location or level in the Navigator.


2.Click on the Modules icon.

3.Click on the Incident Management menu item.

4. Click on the Metrics menu item.
