If more than one person is injured in an incident.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on "Modules" Icon.
  2. Click on "Incident Management" Menu Item.
  3. Click on "Report New Incident" Menu Item.
  4. Select "Injury/Illness" In "Incident Type".
  5. Select "Were multiple people injured as part of this incident?" field as "Yes".
