Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on the "Modules" Icon.
  2. Click on "Corporate Audits" Menu Item.
  3. Click on "Manage Audits" Menu item.



  4. Click on the Name of the Audit Program and click on "Notes" tab
  5. Click on "Add" button.



  6. Complete all the fields and click on "Save" button.
