Enter Existing Controls

Step-by-step guide

1. Click on the Modules icon.
2. Click on the Risk Assessment menu item.
3. Click on the Manage menu item.
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the Risk Assessment Title hyperlink.
   
   
   
   
5. Click on the Task tab.
6. Expand the Task/Activity by clicking on the + button.
7. Click on the Hazard title hyperlink.
   
    
   
   
8. In Control Section, Select Yes for Are there Existing Records?.
9. Complete all the remaining fields and Click on the Save button.
