Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on the Module icon.
  2. Click on the Wellness Check menu item.
  3. Click on the Managing Wellness Check menu item.



  4. In View Report Column, Click on the PDF icon.
  5. A PDF file is Downloaded on another window. Click on that file to view.
