Incident Management Metrics Overview

The metrics component captures monthly hours and head counts for employees and contractors. The monthly hours are used to automatically calculate incident rates, such as Days Away Restricted Time (DART). 

The following 5 tabs are available on the Report Metrics screen:

• Report Metrics
• Injury/Illness Incident Metrics
• Injury/Illness Incident – Country Metrics
• Vehicle Incident Metrics Summary
• General Liability Incident Metrics Summary

Accessing the Metrics menu item 

Step-by-step instructions: 

1. Click on the Modules icon.
2. Click on the Incident Management menu item.
3. Click on the Metrics menu item.
