This document give a brief overview of the Metrics portion within Incident Management. The Metrics component gives the count of the number of incidents of all types based on different criteria. It is a snapshot of the total number of incidents occurred and there various types as well as personnel count, hours worked and number of Near misses, reportable incidents on a monthly basis.
The following 5 tabs are available within the Report Metrics screen:
- Report Metrics

Accessing the Metrics menu item
1. Select the location or level in the Navigator.
2.Click on the Modules icon.
3.Click on the Incident Management menu item.
4. Click on the Metrics menu item.
