Using Grid Filters

Step-by-step guide

1. Click on the "Modules" Icon.
2. Click on the "Incident Management" Menu Item.
3. Click on the "Manage Action Items" Menu Item.

4.  Click on the SOS grid, to view the filters.

5. Select the required filters from the "Manage View", screen.

6. Click on the "View Results", Tab.
