• Title : DB Configurable (Mandatory / Non Mandatory)

Existing System: 

• No comment fields  in Appointment Details

Purpose : 

• User unable to enter specific comments for Appointments

Enhanced System : 

Comments box (2000 character)  added in Appointment Details

• Existing Data : Comment field will appear with blank field .User can edit and save comments for existing appointments 

• Impacts below to be taken up in future version

  • Appointment List : Comments Column to be visible
  • SOA : Comment should not be a mandatory column
  • Notification : Comments to be displayed in Appointment notification
  • Cognos : New field to be added for Appointment comments

 PMP -63457 : Report By Name to be made mandatory /non mandatory

• Title : IsReportByNameMandatory , Value : Yes - Mandatory , No - Non Mandatory
• Public / Private : Private 
• Default : Mandatory

Existing System : 

• Report By Name is mandatory for both Peer to Peer and Group Observation 

Purpose :

• For some customers Observers and Report By Name are same user   . As both the field are mandatory user had to  enter the same information twice .

Enhanced System :

• Report By Name field will be made Mandatory / Non - Mandatory configurable
• The configuration key will be applicable for both Peer to Peer and Group Observation
• This is applicable for web only for now ,
• Existing Data - No change
• Impact - Mobile (will be taken up during version upgrade )

Peer to Peer Observation -Report by Name is Turned to Non Mandatory 

Group Observation -Report by Name is Turned to Non Mandatory
