Using Grid Filters

Step-by-step instructions:

1. Click on the Modules icon.
2. Click on the Incident Management menu item.
3. Click on the Manage Action Items menu item.

4.  Click on the SOS grid to view the filters.

5. Select the required filters from the Manage View screen.

6. Click on the View Results tab.
