Delete an Existing Eye Hazard Record

Step-by-step guide

1. Click on the Setup icon.
2. Click on the Module Setup menu item.
3. Click on the Chemical Management menu item. 
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the Health Hazard under Lookup values.
   
    
   
   
5. Select the Eye Hazard type by checking the Check box. 
6. Click on the Delete button.
