Approver – User responsible for approving or rejecting the document.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Click on the Documents icon.
  2. Click on the Document Management menu item.
  3. Click on the Manage Documents menu item.



4. Select the My Pending Uploads view from All Documents drop down.



5. Click on the Add Details link.



6. Once the Workflow Option selected the approver's fields to get enabled. Select the approver from the Approvers dropdown.

7. After selecting the approver, complete the remaining details and click on the Save button.
