Existing System :
- Employee DOB is a non mandatory field in Employee Profile . While Submitting Employee Vaccine information to State Registry ,DOB is a Mandatory field for submission
Purpose :
- User comes to know employee DOB is missing after Submission to State Registry fails .
- In current system ,if user saves a vaccine with a mandatory field missing it erases all the user entered information of the page. User have to re-enter the information again which would be time consuming and their might be chances to lose the real time information entered by nurse
Enhanced System :
Pre-requisite : Employee DOB is mandatory for BMW - Occ. Health.We have an existing configuration key to make this field mandatory /non mandatory .It will be made mandatory for BMW
- Display Employee DOB in Employee Medical Profile displayed at Product Level
- For new records it will not allow to save the Administer immunization without Employee DOB
- New note information in Red italics "Employee DOB is Mandatory for State Registry Submission"
- New Restriction Message "Required Field Employee DOB is Missing for State Registry Submission"
- DOB message and validation will be applicable when Custom setting turned yes + Location is South Carolina + Immunization registry reviewed value is Yes
- Immunization registry reviewed value if selected No then DOB Note information and restriction message will not be displayed as not applicable.

- Under one Date Category it should show the chronological order of documents with category

Purpose :

- If Employee moves from one location to another ,all his courses would also move get transfered to the moved location .
- Sessions which are inprogress / complete will be moved .Those which are not started will not be moved
- All the courses will appear in Scheduled training list
- Only the user having scope to enterprise setup should be able to move the employee.
- Applicable only for VTA .Move Employee functionality will not be applicable for Re-occuring session(Considering the usage of the user)
- Existing Data - Not applicable to sessions ,where employee has been moved but his session has not been moved .These records will be handled through Technical assistance only
