Existing System:
- Does not have option to select action item root cause
Purpose: Provide root cause field in action item which will display root cause based on module.
Enhanced System:
- Root cause field in action item
- Root cause will be based on source root cause selection
- User can select multiple root cause
- Field is non mandatory and the data will display once its identified for the source.
- Root cause field will not display in calendar >> action item list or reports. It will display in module specific action item list or reports.
