Existing System: 

• Does not have option to select action item root cause

Purpose: Provide root cause field in action item which will display root cause based on module.

Enhanced System:

• Root cause field in action item 
• Root cause will be based on source root cause selection
• User can select multiple root causes 
• Field is non mandatory and data will display once its identified for the source. 
• Root cause field will not display in calendar >> action item list or reports. It will display in module specific action item list or reports.

Impacts: NA

Note: Mobile Action Item doesn't have root cause feature.
