Existing System: 

• No option exists to view the logged-in user's document task counts on the home page 

Purpose: 

• The user can see all reviews or approvals assigned to them on the home page widget and can navigate directly to the document for final approval, change approval, or review. 

Enhanced System:

• Document Task Widget
• Display respective tasks with counts and links to navigate to the document screen
