PMP-8647   Provision of ability to restrict editing of training sessions after training end date has crossed.

In the enhanced state, a new permission has been added to users who can edit the training session post the session is completed. Also, the ability to restrict the changing of the training session once the training end date has passed has been provided.

PMP-42185 Provision of displaying updater as System Administrator for VTA course outcome updates

In the enhanced application state, for all courses of VTA for which the auto update of outcome is done, system would display system administrator as the course outcome updater instead of the User who is logged into the system. 

PMP-42471 Provision of making the score field as read only for VTA Outcomes

PMP-9146 Allow Provision of entering special characters for all fields in the module

In the enhanced application state, Users would be able to enter all the below mentioned special characters in the description fields across thevarious screens of the module. This provision will allow users in defining any specific property related to the course or training session.

PMP-41926 Provision of avoiding session timeout when user is taking courses through RISC VTA

In the enhanced state, System would not log out the users for any course duration.Thus users can take courses for any duration and need not login again into the system.System would not treat the course duration as idle session for the user when the employee is taking the course.

PMP-41802- Provision of auto schedule of sessions for employees when added to a location

In the enhanced application, the following changes have been made pertinent to a training session for newly added employees.

• System would provide the ability to auto-schedule the training sessions for any new employee that is added to a location.

          Example :Suppose an employee is moved from location A to Location B on 28th January 2018 .Then that employee would be added to any session that is scheduled for starting after 28th January 2018 at Location B.

• While creating any training session the users can define whether the training session is to be updated with any newly added employees to the location.A check box in the training creation screen has been placed.If this checkbox is checked then everytime a new employee is added to the location, the training would be scheduled for that employee.

• If this checkbox is unchecked then the training session would not be scheduled for the newly added employee

• This checkbox of autocheculing can be shown or hidden through configuration.If the checkbox is hidden then the functionality of autoscheduling of sessions will not be available for the users and manually the users would have to schedule the sessions everytime a new employee is added to the location

PMP-11548 Provision of allowing users to enter the numeric values in session and course duration along with button navigation

In the enhanced application state, the users would be allowed to enter numeric values to the session/course duration .However users can use the duration navigation buttons also to set the duration.

PMP-42604 Provision of ability to view/use training history while getting transferred between locations

The following enhancements have been made in the My Trainings screen. 

• The employees can view the training sessions that were created for the employee in the other locations.
• The Employees need to use the filter provision of the screen to filter out the sessions of the other location.
• Once the sessions of the other location is displayed, the employee has the option to copy the session to his current location, in case the session was not completed in the other location.

PMP-26156 Removal of dependency of sending certificate on training start date

In the enhanced application, if the employee has completed the training then the send certificate button would be enabled irrespective of the training start or end date.
