Purpose:
- Current employee details don't have a field to identify the employee pay rate type. Add a new field with standard employee pay rate type

Existing System:
- Doesn't mention the instructions in the message.
- Allows doing the request multiple times without any restriction, which will lead to a performance and security issue in the application.
Purpose:
- Additional information in the confirmation message and restriction to do multiple requests will lead to performance and security issues.
Enhanced System:
- Changes to confirmation message header text from "Confirmation" to "Instruction Sent!" or "Instruction" as per the request.
- Changes to the confirmation message.
- After three requests of forgot login name or password within five minutes, hold the request and don't send the email. Users can request the same after five minutes again.
Changed Message:
Forgot Login Name :
"Instructions for viewing login name have been sent to your email address. Please click on the link to view the login name on the login screen.
You will receive this email soon, Be sure to check your spam folder, too."
After three attempts within five minutes :
"You have already requested for a forgotten login name, make use of the existing email with instructions to view the login name sent to your email address.
Be sure to check your spam folder, too."
Forgot Password Request:
"Instructions for resetting your password have been sent to your email address. Please click on the link to complete the password change process.
You will receive this email soon, Be sure to check your spam folder, too."
After three attempts within five minutes :
"You have already requested for a forgotten password, make use of the existing email with instructions for resetting the password sent to your email address.
Please click on the link to complete the password change process. Be sure to check your spam folder, too."
