User Story #1 : As a part of record keeping I will have to securely save a copy of company job permits for the next one calendar year.
User Story #2 : As the owner of the Document Management, I need to change the version of the recent Job Permit with updated regulations and transfer the ownership to the new safety director.

I would have to upload a Job Permit document into the Document Management module and understand how to change the version and transfer the ownership.
