Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on the Setup Icon.
  2. Click on the Module Setup Icon.
  3. Click on the Incident Management Menu Item.

 


4.  Select the Root Causes menu item in Incident Management Lookup Values.



5. Select the Root Cause from the Root Causes List Screen.



6.  Edit the details in Root Causes screen and click on the Save Button.
