Ideagen EHS (ProcessMAP) FAQ
1.When will Ideagen Home and the ProcessMAP rebranding to Ideagen EHS be available to ProcessMAP customers?
Ideagen Home and the ProcessMAP rebranding to Ideagen EHS will be released on July 1, 2023.
2. Will Ideagen Home display each time I log into the application?
Yes, each time a user navigates to the Ideagen EHS (ProcessMAP) platform, they will be redirected to Ideagen Home first. The exception will be for Kiosk users.
3. Do I use my existing ProcessMAP credentials (username and password) to log in through Ideagen Home?
Yes. Upon selecting “Launch Product” from Ideagen Home, non-SSO users will be directed to the ProcessMAP (Ideagen EHS) login screen. Your username and password will be unchanged. SSO users will be navigated directly to the platform.
4. Will kiosk users be redirected to Ideagen Home?
Kiosk users will be redirected to Home the first time they navigate to Ideagen EHS (ProcessMAP). Subsequent logins will not be redirected to Ideagen Home unless a user clears the device’s cache.
5. Will users of MobilePro be redirected to Ideagen Home?
No, Ideagen Home will only be available via the web browser.
6. What languages does Ideagen Home support?
With the first release on July 1, Ideagen Home will only support English. Users with their browser set to a language other than English will not be redirected to Ideagen Home and will have no change in platform navigation. Additional languages will be supported by Ideagen Home in the future.

1.What is Ideagen Home?
Ideagen Home is a website that centralizes Ideagen product launches for its customers, for which their organization has licenses. It also provides relevant information about other Ideagen products and resources.
2. Who can use Ideagen Home?
All Ideagen users and visitors to Home will be able to use Ideagen Home in the future but in July of 2023 it will be rolled out to customers of Ideagen Quality Management, Ideagen EHS, Ideagen Huddle, Ideagen WorkRite, and Ideagen PleaseReview.
3. What is the function of the Top Action Menu bar?
Top Action Menu provides quick access to:

4. What is the function of the Left Action Manu?
Left Action menu will have icons per owned product that link to the same URL as in the "Products You Own" section.
5. How will Home work if I have more than one (e.g., test & production) instance of a product?
When you have multiple instances of a product, like a test instance and a production instance, Home will group them together using an expanded view (flyout). This expanded view will display the name of each instance, providing you with the flexibility to select and access the specific instance you desire.
6. What is Events/Trainings?
The Events/Trainings section shows news and upcoming Ideagen events and webinars, where you can sign up or join.
7. What is Products You Own?
The Products You Own section shows a list of products that you have a license for. Each licensed product will include the following:
Product name/title
Product description
A launch button to launch the product.
8. What is Discover More Products?
Discover More Products is where you can uncover the latest offerings of Ideagen in the market. Here, you can explore a comprehensive list of products that you may not have a license yet.
Each product is presented with following details:
Name of the product
Description of the product
"Learn More" which links to the respective public product page
9. Where can I get more assistance if I need help?
You can click on the Top Action Menu which will provide access to:
