As a result, the customer brand experience will be simplified as the product name evolves to Ideagen across the entire portfolio. By unifying the look and feel, our solutions will be instantly recognizable as Ideagen - a trusted name in regulatory and compliance software.
ProcessMAP will become Ideagen EHS, and our solution will be updated on July 1, 2023 in accordance with the Ideagen look and feel. With updates to the color palette, font type, and button & field shapes, rest assured the navigation and actions/behaviors will remain unchanged.
Ideagen Home
In addition, we are taking steps to bring solutions into one place, Ideagen Home, so you can access software via a central place. With Home, you can easily launch your licensed Ideagen product(s), and quickly access to other products that might interest you. Home will also provide access to our new Community portal where you can engage with other users and experts, share your questions and experiences, and learn from others. It will also keep you up to date with information, news, training, and events coming up from Ideagen.
In sync with the release of the UI updates, all users will be directed to Ideagen Home automatically as they log in beginning on July 1, 2023. While this will be a small workflow change, we believe that Ideagen Home's benefits make it a valuable addition to your toolkit.
Looking to the future, we plan to expand Ideagen Home's functionality to include cross-product access to data and centralized authentication, making it even easier for you to find and use the information you need.
