PMP-94322: Patient Age calculation in SOAP Notes

Existing System: 

• In SOAP Notes, under the General details, we have the Age field in 'Years' which is calculated basis the Date of Birth entered by the user. However, it doesn't display the exact age in years and months. The years get rounded up as per the nearest approximation in decimals. For example, 26.8 years gets rounded up to 27 years and 26.3 gets rounded up to 26 years.

Purpose: 

• Ability to capture the correct age in SOAP Notes

Enhanced System:

• Customer needs the age as per years and months as the current age in years is Incorrect.

 PMP-94044: As an end user I want Custom Date range filter value in "Risk Point" Widget

Configurable: No

Existing System: As of now "Risk Point" Widget does not have flexibility to filter the data for a custom date range. Users have pre defined date ranges but those are not always feasible. Specially for cases where Fiscal year changes frequently.

Purpose:  To provide a custom date range filter in the 'Risk Point' Widget

Enhanced System: Users will now be able to select the date filters for a period of 3 years for future or historical data.

 PMP-93248: Increase the character limit for Job Title to 250 characters

Existing System: Customer would like to store the full employee title in the employee profile. Currently the char limit is 50 but most of the job titles of employees are beyond 50 Chars.

Purpose: To be able to update the Job Title with an increased character limit.

Enhanced System: Users will now be able to update the Job Title upto 250 characters.

PMP-94117: No Alert displayed while trying to delete the associated Equipment linked with Fit Test/Spirometry/Audiometric Encounters.

Existing System: 

• Currently, we don't show an alert while trying to delete the associated Equipment's linked with Encounters for all records. It allows to delete the equipment.

Purpose: 

• To disallow users to delete the associated equipment linked with the specified encounters.

Enhanced System: 

• With the enhancement, users will get an alert message when they try to delete the associated equipment.

• A Functional gap identified in Alcohol Test Encounter where user can add/modify or delete new samples after the MRO review is saved. 

Purpose: 

• To restrict users to add/delete/modify the existing samples once MRO Review has been saved.

Enhanced System: With the change, once the MRO details are saved, system will not allow to add more samples or make changes to the existing samples.
