Enhancement 1 : Provision of Sections to the Risk assessment Details Screen

Previous State :
- The fields in the risk assessment set up screen were placed in a single section without seggregation based on the field type.
Enhanced State :
- The risk assessment set up screen has been divided into several sections as shown below.This change has been placed for better usability of the screen .
- Additionally the fields have been rearranged based on dependency/association with the preceding fields .
Enhancement 2 : Provision of new fields for association of risk assessment to location profile.
Configuration Setting :All new fields are configurable for mandatory/non mandatory and show/hide.
Default : hide.
Previous State:
- The system did not provide the functionality of associating the risk assessment to the certain entities of a facility.
Enhanced State :
- System would allow the users to associate the risk assessment to the following entities of the facility .
- This information would also be available in the reports of the risk assessment

- Job Classification/Title
- Workshift
PMP-46047 Enhancement of Manage Assessments List screen.
Enhancement 1 : Provision of New Column of Actions for quick navigation.

Previous State : System did not provide the user the flexibility to navigate directly from the Manage Assessment Screen to the screens of task,action items and documents
Enhanced State :
- New column of Actions has been introduced.
- This column is to allow the users to navigate from the manage assessments directly to the required screen.
- This would reduce the time for navigation and improve the usability for the users.
- On clicking Assessment Details the user would be navigated directly to the assessment details screen
- On clicking the Tasks ,the user would be navigated directly to the tasks list
- On clicking the Approval workflow the users would be navigated directly to the approval tab
- On clicking the action item the users would be navigated directly to the action items tab
- On clicking documents the users would be navigated directly to the documents tab
Enhancement 2 :Updation of column names for residual risk ratings.
Configuration Setting : None

Previous State :
- System did not provide the users the flexibility to associate multiple risk ratings to a single risk assessment.Hence ,the Manage Risk Assessment screen showed the column names of only the initial and final risk ratings
Enhanced State :
- System has been upgraded to provide the users to add any number of risk ratings to a hazard.
- Hence the column names of the risk ratings has been upgraded to initial and residual risk rating.
- If there is are multiple risk ratings performed for a hazard then the latest rating would be termed as the residual rating and the score of the residual rating would display under the residual rating column
- Example : John Smith performs risk rating for Hazard "Spill ,Trip ,Fall," and determined on 23rd March 2018 then the risk rating score to be 50 (critical value) .On 25th March 2018,John Smiths performs the second risk rating to this hazard during which he observes the rating to be at a level of 40 (high).Thus ,on 25th March he enters the value for the second risk rating at 40.Then again ,further on 30th March 2018 he performs the third risk assessment on the same hazard and observes that the risk now has fallen to a level of 20 (low).With respect to this example the difference between the previous and enhanced states of the application can be summarized as below :
- In the previous state the user would be able to capture the risk ratings performed only on 23rd March 2018 and 30 March 2018 which will be termed as initial and final respectively.System did not provide the flexibility to capture the intermediate risk rating that was done on 25th march .Capturing this intermediate rating value is important as this would provide the trail of how the risk value was reduced over a period of time through implementation of controls and associated action items.
- In the enhanced state the users would be able to capture all the risk ratings done on all the three days of 23rd March 2018,23rd March 2018 and 30th March 2018.System would enable the users to perform, associate and keep trail of all the risk ratings that have been done for the hazard over any period of time.
PMP-46045 Enhancement of "Tasks","hazards" and "Tasks list" screen
Enhancement 1 : Provision of ability to create hazards directly from the tasks list.
Configuration Setting : None

Previous State :
- System did not provide the ability to associate the hazards directly from the tasks lists.Users were required to associate hazards to the tasks only from the tasks creation screen.
Enhanced State :
- System would allow to create the hazards directly from the tasks list screen by using the + Icon besides hazard name as shown below.
- The system of expand collapse of hazards associated to the tasks have been replaced with direct view of associated hazards.
- Each hazard would display as shown in the screenshot below.
- The corresponding action items and documents of the hazard would be displayed in the same row along with the hazard.
Adding and deleting hazards for tasks list :
- To add hazards from the tasks list the user has to click on the + icon displayed against the hazard.On clicking of the + icon the hazard list would open from where the users can add the hazards.
- To delete hazards the users have to click on the cross mark of the hazard
Enhancement 2 : Enhancement of Tasks creation process.

- To create tasks users were required to save each task one by one and each task required the user to open the task creation screen.
Enhanced State :
- System would provide the users with the fexibility to create tasks in a quicker and faster manner through the Save and Create New Task button as shown below :
PMP-46051 Enhancement of Hazard creation screen
Enhancement 1 : Introduction of At Risk FIeld in the hazard creation screen
Configuration : Configurable for Show Hide and Mandatory /Non Mandatory

Previous State :
- Every hazard poses risks to any entity .System did not provide the users the ability to denote the persons or entities that are at risk because of the hazard
Enhanced State :
- New field of At Risk has been introduced .
- Users would be able to associate the hazards with the At Risk Field.
- The values of at risk can be created in the Module Set up.
Enhancement 2 : Provision to add attachments in the hazard creation screen.

Previous State :
- In the previous system users were required to add documents to the hazard from the tasks list.
- System allowed addition of only a single document to the hazard.
- System did not allow the user to delete document that is attached.
Enhanced State :
- In the enhanced state ,a new field has been introduced in the hazard creation screen.
- This field would allow the users to add multiple documents to the hazard.
- All the documents that are added to the hazard would be displayed in the report output.
- Users can also delete any document that has been previously added to a hazard or add any document to any hazard at any point of time.
- System would also allow the users to download the attached document.On clicking the document link the document would be downloaded into the system of the user.
PMP-46053 Provision of New hazard ratings screen for performing multiple hazard ratings
Configuration : None.

Previous State :
- System provided the users the ability to define only the initial and the final risk ratings of a hazard.
Enhanced State :
- In place of initial and final risk rating fields,new list of risk ratings has been introduced.
- Users can add any number of risk ratings to the hazard throught this list.
- Users can also delete any risk rating that was created.
Creating a Risk Rating:
- The first risk rating would be considered as the initial risk rating and the last risk rating created based on Date and Time would be considered as the residual risk rating.
- The list of Risk rating has been provided with an Add button.On clicking the Add button the user would be navigated to the hazard rating screen.
- If any rating has been previously created for the hazard then the system would autopopulate the values of ratings,scores and controls of the previous rating.This autopopulation of the values of existing rating to a new rating has been provisioned to enable the user to refer the values of the preceding rating and simply update it with new rating values or score thereby decreasing the time required to create a rating.
- As mentioned above and shown below on clicking on Add the user would be directed to the hazard ratings screen
Adding an Action item to risk rating:
- System would allow the user to add action items to hazard ratings.
- Users would be able to add action items to hazard ratings only after the rating is saved.
- System would allow the users to delete action items also.
PMP-46092 Provision of new user interface for the application

Previous State :
- The Risk Asessment user interface was as shown below.
- The tabs for action items,documents,approval and task was arranged in horizontal alignment .
Enhanced State :
- The User interface has been upgraded for display of the tabs in the vertical alignment .
- This new interface would provide the following additional functionalities to the users
- Ability to view status of completion of assessment set up
- Ability to view the number of action items created for the assessment
- Ability to view the number of documents created for the assessment
- Ability to view the approval status of the assessment Ability to view the last updater information and updation time and date
- The assessment type would be displayed in the banner on the top right of the screen
