Existing System:
- Currently the system doesn't have the ability to give overall summary of the appointment of a particular Employee
Purpose : Gives overall summary of the appointment of Employee. No need to apply filters in appointment central to pull out the information
Enhanced System:
- Introduced an Appointment widget so that it can be integrated to System Landing page to give overall summary of the appointment of a particular Employee
- Following are the filter values-
- Next 30 Days
- Last 30 Days
- Cancelled
- No Show
- User clicks on particular appointment- Direct to Encounter details. If the encounter is not created for the appointment then direct to "Select Encounters" screen of appointment details.
- View all- Redirects to the employee medical profile to show the list of selected employee's appointment
- Module specific permissions will be considered while displaying and redirecting the details in widget
