The help menu allows users access to the following items:
- Report Ticket/View Status
- System Administrator Details
- Browser Compatibility File
- Quick Start Guide
- Resources
- Build Release Version
Report Ticket/View Status | Selecting the Report Ticket/View Status will allow users to report an issue via the ticket management system or view the status of their ticket. |
System Administrator Details | The System Administrator Details provides users with the contact information for their System Administrator at their Company. |
Browser Compatibility | Users can access the Browser Compatibility file which contains information on which browsers will work with the ProcessMAP System. |
Quick Start Guide | The Quick Start Guide contains all of the on-line help guides, quick guides and release notes for each module. |
Resources | Resources will open up a SharePoint site that contains client specific documentation that has been uploaded by the Company/ProcessMAP. |
Build Release Version | Provides the current build version company your ProcessMAP System is running on. |
Step by Step Instructions:
Accessing the Help Menu
- Click the located in the upper right
- Select the desired Help menu item
- Version Number will be available.
