In the Spotlight!

Version 18.2.1 was released with the following features: 

1. Activity Management  has been enhanced with the following: 
   • New widget for displaying counts for open and overdue action items
   • Added a new status flag entitled "Closed Late" for action items that are completed after the due date 
   • Introduced a new permission for Action Item Owner transfer to control who will have access to transfer task ownership
     

     
     

2. Foundation has been enhanced in the following ways:
   • New widget to display complete user profile
   • New widget for Insight pages which will provide quick access to module reports and module dashboards
   • Introduced the ability to see mobile statistics to analyze mobile adoption
     

     
     

3. Incident Management has been enhanced in the following ways: 
   • Introduced Management Review widget to display the count of open incidents for the selected user
   • Revamp and redesign of Case Management screen to make it more interactive while guiding users to next steps after completing the current step
   • IMS Rates widget will allow users to view their rates by fiscal year
   • New Import feature for importing vehicle information in real time has been introduced in the Vehicle List screen
     

     
      

4. Industrial Hygiene has been enhanced in the following ways:
   • Ability to invalidate samples without results
   • Listing page update for multiple activities ,menu change and addition of quick links
   • Exported sample Plan Record to show the associated QEA
   • Employee Notification letter converted to SSRS
     

     
     

5. MobilePro app has the following new features: 
   • Auto Upgrade of the app with every version release
   • Department field to appear in observation details for both peer to peer and group
     

     
     

6. Risk Assessment has been enhanced in the following ways: 
   • Users will now have the ability to create various alert,reminder events for next assessment dates and upcoming/pending approvals
   • New Hyperlink has been placed in the assessment approval notification for allowing the users to navigate directly into the approval tab for approving a risk assessment
     

     
     

7. Framework has been enhanced in the following ways: 
   • Redesign "Add Widget" library to show widgets as hierarchical list and introduce search feature
   • New tool tip for counts in the profile/header widget to help user identify the data that they're viewing
   • Introduced new System Views of the home page and will have ability to have set his preference
     

     
     

8. Audit Management has been enhanced in the following ways:
   • Users now have the ability to add multiple action items per finding using the Findings Import Template
     

     
     

9. Behavior Based Safety has been enhanced in the following ways: 
   • Department field added to Group and Peer to peer Observation
   • Work Area Filter added to filter screen
     

     
     

10. Occupational Health has been enhanced in the following ways: 
    • Introduced a new encounter type named- "Expsoure testing- Blood Anlayte Level"
    • Introduced  a new encounter type named- "Medical Reports/ Records"
    • Added a new look up Restriction Type in module set up to populate the values in Restriction Details screen
    • Introduced a new section "RTW category" to Manage Leave Screen
