Closing an Action Item in the Calendar

By default, an action item's status is set to Open.  As action items are completed, users can change the action item status to Closed.

Step-by-step Instructions: 

  1. Click on 'Modules' from the left pane
  2. Click on the 'Calendar' Module
  3. Click on the 'Manage Action Items' menu item



  4. Click the 'Action Item Name' link from the Action Item List screen



  5. Complete the 'Complete' section
    1. Enter the 'Action Taken'
    2. Change the 'Action Item Status' to 'Closed'
  6. Click the 'Save' button
