Existing System:
- Does not have permission to mange employee privacy field
- Does not have option to manage driver information in employee profile
Purpose: Manage employee field with privacy permission. Provide option to mange driver information in employee profile and Auto-populate driver information based on employee selection.
Enhanced System:
- Permission to view or edit employee field require privacy.
- Enterprise administrator can view privacy field information in enterprise setup >> employee profile, as the permission is available at location administration.
- Privacy permission has applied to below driver information fields. Based on the permission user can view or edit the field in driver details.
- State of License
- Issue Date
- Expiration Date
- Expiration Date
- Commercial Driver's License holder?
- Class Type
- Manage driver information in Driver Details tab of employee.
- Permission can be applied as mentioned above.
- Driver License is encrypted, can't view after save. Will auto populate during employee selection and third party integration.
- Mandatory fields for driver information are as below.
- License Number
- State of License
- Issue Date
- Expiration Date
- Expiration Date
- Auto-populates driver information from employee pick list or autocomplete based on employee selection.
- Module employee driver field permission will overwrite the employee privacy driver field permission in module screens.
Impacts: Cognos Report, Employee Pick List and Autocomplete

Existing System:
- Does not have option to configure file size and extension.
Purpose:
- Based on product need increase file upload size and manage restricted extensions . The same can be done without code changes to any module file upload features. Request can be taken care with technical assistance.
Enhanced System:
- Provided configuration for product file upload size.
- Provided configuration to managed restricted file type. Customer can manage their own file type restrictions.
- File types doesn't support to download, can be taken care with technical assistance to add the MIME to IIS.
Impacts: File upload and download for all modules.
Note : Even the request will be technical assistant, needs to validate properly and part of build cycle.
