Scrum Framework Overview
Definition:
A framework within which people can address complex adaptive problems, while productively and creatively delivering products of the highest possible value.
Scrum was designed to be a framework, not a process. This framework is lightweight, very simple to understand but inherently difficult to master. It takes years of practice and continuous improvement to truly master Scrum.
3 Pillars of Scrum:
Transparency - The following relate to ProcessMap
Everybody is aware of the rules for when something is “Ready” to be added to a sprint
Everybody is on the same page with what “Done” means
Everybody can find out how much effort a sprint ticket will take, end to end
Everybody can find out what is completed, in progress, and pending during a sprint
Inspection
The Scrum team meets with the implementation team to review the sprint deliverables
The Scrum team inspects their current state and identifies opportunities for improvement
Adaptation
