PMP-7481 Make Uncontrolled Document Watermark Optional

Configurable: No

  • Title: Default Selection to Apply Watermark 
  • Public/Private: Private
  • Default: Enabled

Existing System: 

  • Does not have an option to determine whether or not the “Uncontrolled Document” watermark should be applied to a document, so that not all documents that are printed, shared, or downloaded are marked “Uncontrolled”

Purpose:

  • Provide option to make “Uncontrolled Document” watermark as optional

Enhanced System:

  • Add new field "Apply Uncontrolled Document Watermark When Printed or Downloaded"
  • Configuration to show or hide the field  
  • Configuration to default checked or unchecked the field
  • If the option is checked, apply the uncontrolled document watermark
  • If the option is unchecked, don't apply the uncontrolled document watermark

Impacts: No Impact


  •         If the option is checked, display the message for uncontrolled document

  •         If the option is unchecked, don't display the message for uncontrolled document

Existing System: Currently we do not support landscape mode in android tab or mobile.

Enhanced System: Android mobile and tablet users can now access the online courses in Landscape mode once clicked on Launch in My Training.
