User Story
User Story #1 : As a HSE Head, I would like to create safety training plan for my whole team, have them trained and then evaluate the outcome of their training.
User Story #2 : As Location Head /HR , I would have to make sure all new employees are given induction training.
What am I doing now ?
I would have to create documents / content of the training, send employees links to these content and manually track progress of each employee.
App Capabilities
Create a Library of Courses on which employees would be trained
Create Training Plan and assign plans by employee’s job role or group
Integrate with a Training Content Provider to get latest courses on safety and other topics
Evaluate progress of each training with couple of clicks
Set Alerts and Reminders for tasks to make sure the deadlines are met.
