Add a Risk Assessment Task

Step-by-step guide

1. Click on the Modules menu item.
2. Click on the Risk Assessment menu item.
3. Click on the Manage menu item.
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the Risk Assessment Title hyperlink.
   
   
   
   
5. It will nnavigate to Tasks/Hazards list screen.
6. Click on the Add button.
   
   
   
   
7. Has a new single selection drop downfield "Task/Activity Category" in Task Details screen to categorize tasks(There is a look-up value provided for the administrators to manage values for this field)
8. Complete all the fields and click on the Save button.
